David is a dedicated advocate for substance abuse awareness and treatment. With over 20 years of experience in the addiction recovery field, he is passionate about helping people, building recovery resources, and working in communities throughout California and nationally.
Heartfelt compassion guides his work with families and individuals in interventions, addiction awareness and addiction recovery.
David has the highest level CCAPP drug counseling certification: LAADC Licensed Advanced Alcohol Drug Counselor and ICADC: ‘Internationally Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor’.
• Over 20 years experience in successful alcohol and substance abuse interventions.
• Providing personal addiction counseling (including tele-counseling) and addiction treatment options.

Court Liaison Services
We know that each client is different. An addiction recovery treatment plan for each individual must be unique.
Based on diagnoses, needs and circumstances – each individual is given resources specific to their situation. This includes holistic services, case management, dual diagnosis, and an Alternative Sentencing Assistance Program.
Our court liaison is the bridge between your law firm and the medical and clinical staff to provide:
• Court reporting to the Department of Corrections
• Therapeutic and psychiatric reports
• Drug testing results
• Aftercare plans
• Additional information required by the court
